Wallin Bros Mobile Detailing - Pre-Service Condition Agreement

Pre-Existing Vehicle Condition:

I acknowledge that Wallin Bros Mobile Detailing has inspected my vehicle for visible pre-existing damage (including, but not limited to, dents, scratches, paint defects, upholstery damage, and stains) before service. I understand that Wallin Bros Mobile Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, nor for damage resulting from worn, aged, or defective paint, plastics, upholstery, or trim.


Media Release (Photos & Video):

I authorize Wallin Bros Mobile Detailing to take photos and videos of my vehicle before, during, and after service. I understand that these may be used for marketing purposes on social media, websites, and advertisements. No personal information will be shared publicly.


Customer Satisfaction Guarantee:

I understand that Wallin Bros Mobile Detailing strives for the highest quality service. If I am not satisfied, I agree to notify the technician immediately before they leave the service location to allow for any corrections to be made on-site.


Use of Customer Utilities:

I agree to allow Wallin Bros Mobile Detailing to use my on-site water and electricity to perform the detailing service.


Payment Terms:

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service. Wallin Bros Mobile Detailing accepts cash, debit, and credit cards.
